The song has been covered by numerous artists including Eddy Arnold, The Carpenters, N'Sync, Reba McEntire, Perry Como, Johnny Mathis, Celine Dion, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, Amy Grant, Mel Tormé and James Taylor, but Cole's rendition remains the most played on radio today.
